FLEXIBILITY TRAINING COMBINES TRIGGER POINT FOAM ROLLING, TRADITIONAL DYNAMIC AND STATIC STRETCHING MOBILITY WORK, GUIDED BREATHING AND OTHER TECHNIQUES TO HELP YOU FEEL BETTER, MOVE BETTER AND PERFORM AT YOUR BEST.

Go Big or Go Home does not apply here! This class is designed to shape and tone the body without building muscular size or bulk. Combines cardio with tempo of workout body sculpting for a fun mix of high rep combos, drills, and muscle conditioning. This class will help you retain lean muscle while boosting metabolism.

Class Description for Butts & Guts
(30 min) variation on the body movements with an aerobic style class using steppers. focused specifically on the lower body and core muscle groups. Exercises for abs and gluteus maximus are the primary goal plus additional work for muscle groups connected to these areas.
